We handle everything, including:
Initial meeting with Bar/Bat Mitzvah Child and Family to discuss event and design ideas
Site Selection of Reception Venue (if not already selected)
Vendor References: Caterers, Bakeries, DJs, Bands, Photographers,
Videographers, Florists, Rentals, and Prop Companies
Review all vendor contracts with client
Reception Site location walk-through with Client and Caterer to determine the flow of event
Monthly Task Lists
Phone Conversations- to be arranged in advance. During this time we review possible changes to contracts, discuss timeline, design ideas and coordinate table seating
Prepare a Bar/Bat Mitzvah Timeline and Production Schedule for vendors
Confirm details with all vendors of arrival/delivery times and logistics
On-site for Day of Bar/Bat Mitzvah – Day Of Coordination to include the following services:
Manage overall flow of the event
Responsibility for Bar/Bat Mitzvah personal items (printed menus, programs, kippahs, escort cards, guest’s book, favors, framed pictures etc.)
Meet Vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
Gather any precious items remaining at the end of the event (gifts, photos, guest’s book, etc.) place in departure vehicle or with assigned person.
Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract All Day of Bar/Bat Mitzvah Coordination Services will be customized to clients needs, reviewed, and approved by the client. This outline may change due to the needs of the client.
